New Community

Community is at the centre of the proposals for Wandon Park which incorporates a range of facilities that would meet the needs and requirements of local residents. A new local centre has been designed to include:

• Shops, together with a possible site for a doctor’s surgery, day nursery and/or a pub/restaurant
• Community hall to cater for a range of uses including indoor sports, events and local meetings

New bus links would provide easy links from Wandon Park to areas including Wigmore, Luton town centre, Luton airport and Luton train station.
